If your show is at a festival grounds
5 of 7 posted dates are outdoor multi-stage festivals. Plan around weather, clear-bag rules, and longer entry lines.
Festival dates — 5 of the 7 posted dates: Voices of America (West Chester, Ohio), Boots and Hearts (Burl's Creek, Ontario), Neon Nights (North Lawrence, Ohio), Country Calling (Ocean City, Maryland), and Hoofbeat Country Fest 2027 (Cadott, Wisconsin).
Format — Outdoor, multi-stage. Rascal Flatts may not be the only act — festival tickets cover the full event.
Weather — Weather is a major factor. Check the forecast for every day. Bring sunscreen, a hat, layers for evening, and comfortable shoes.
Bag policy — Festival bag policies are strict — usually clear bags or small clutches only. Check the specific festival's site before you go.
Arrival — Allow extra time for entry. Festival security lines are longer than single-show venues. Shuttles or designated parking may be available.
Essentials — Bring a portable charger (cell service is often poor with large crowds). Most festivals allow empty water bottles. Stay hydrated.
What to wear — Comfort first. Broken-in shoes (you'll walk miles between stages). Layers for temperature swings. Hat and sunscreen. Clothes you don't mind getting dusty or muddy.
If your show is at an indoor venue
2 of 7 posted dates are indoors: Wind Creek Event Center (Bethlehem) and the Colosseum at Caesars Palace (Las Vegas).
Bag policy — Indoor venues typically limit bag size and may require clear bags. Check the venue website before you go — casino properties can be stricter than standalone theaters.
Arrival — Arrive 45-60 minutes before showtime for parking, security, and finding your seat. At casino venues, allow extra time to walk through the property to the showroom.
Weather — Weather is not a factor once inside, but December in Las Vegas and August in Pennsylvania both call for layers between parking and the door.
Earplugs — Indoor rooms are louder than open-air stages. Earplugs are a cheap insurance policy, especially close to the stage.
